Growing Steadily!

We were so excited to take Landon to the doctor on Tuesday where we learned that he had put on about 7 oz. since we left the hospital on Thursday (when he only weighed 4 lbs. 4 oz.!). This was fantastic news as the doctor had said that he would perhaps gain an ounce per day if everything went really well.

Little Landon James Comes Home

After just a week in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit where he confirmed that he could consistently eat and breathe with no problems, Mommy and Daddy were thrilled to bring Landon home on the afternoon of Thursday, March 27! It's been an exciting first weekend at home with special visits from grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. We're also excited to report that Landon's appetite and the amount that he is consuming continues to grow. Of course, this keeps Mommy and Daddy hopping, especially in the middle of the night when Landon is wide awake - he seems to be a little mixed up about the whole day and night thing!
